Why it works here
Your team does not
think in English
all the time.
An Indian office runs on Hindi and English in the same sentence. Dictation built elsewhere either translates that into English or writes it back in Devanagari, and both make the message something the person did not say. Speech writes Roman Hinglish, because that is what everyone was already typing.

How small can a team be?
Five users. Below that the individual Pro plan is the better deal and there is nothing an administrator would miss.
Do you support SAML single sign-on?
Yes, and SCIM provisioning alongside it, so access follows your identity provider instead of being managed twice.
Can administrators read what people dictate?
Administration is about access, adoption and controls, not about reading colleagues' words. What is retained is governed by the organisation's retention settings and described in the privacy policy.
Does the meeting notetaker join calls as a bot?
No. It records on the device, from the microphone and supported system audio, so no extra participant appears in your meeting. Always tell the other people in the room that you are recording.
What happens when somebody leaves?
Remove them in the console, or let SCIM do it when they are deprovisioned in your identity provider. Their access ends with the account.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on the enterprise contract, including purchase-order billing.
