The policy says what we do. This says what you can change, where the control is, and what happens the moment you use it.
What you control
Four of these
take one tap.
None of them is a support request, and none of them needs our permission.

| Privacy Mode | Settings → Privacy | Your audio and transcripts are transcribed and then discarded. Nothing is kept on our servers, and no dictation history is kept on your device. |
| Screen Vision | Settings | Off until you turn it on. With it off, no picture of your screen is ever captured. Turning it off again stops capture immediately. |
| Let an admin read your words | Your account page | Off by default, and only you can switch it. No administrator can turn it on for you, and you can turn it off again whenever you like. |
| Delete everything | Settings → Account | Removes the account and every dictation, transcript and recording held for it. Immediate, and it does not come back. |
| Conversation memory | Say “bhool jao” | Clears the last few Agent Mode requests straight away. It expires by itself after five minutes in any case. |
| Permissions | Your operating system | Microphone, notifications, overlay, screen recording and accessibility can each be revoked at any time on macOS, Windows and Android. Some features stop working without them. |

The switch you set in Settings decides the first two rows. The rest are the same either way.

Your transcripts are never sold, and never used to train anybody else's models. The privacy policy is the full version of this table, with the reasoning attached.
Who can see what
By default,
only you.
Including us. This is the part most worth checking against what other tools tell you.
Unless you say otherwise
They can read your words only if you switch that on yourself, from your own account page. Nobody can set it for you.
And if we ever look
Every time anyone here opens another person's transcript or plays their audio, an append-only log records who, whose, when and from where. Reads, not only changes.
Set it once,
then forget it.
Privacy Mode is a switch, not a plan. It is on the free tier and the enterprise contract alike.
