The hard part is Indian speech
Not the app. Mixed Hindi and English in one sentence, Indian names, Indian numbers, said at speed on a phone in a noisy office. That is the problem, and it is not a solved one.
Four platforms, small team
Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone, plus a backend and a console. Nobody owns only one screen, and nobody is far from the thing that broke.
We write things down
Why a decision was made, what was measured, what went wrong. If you like leaving a trail the next person can follow, you will fit. If you would rather not, you will find it tedious.

The office is real and people are in it. This is not a remote-first company pretending otherwise.
