One paragraphSpeech turns speech into finished writing inside whatever app you are already using. It recognises over 120 languages, and unlike dictation built elsewhere it writes mixed Hindi and English back in Roman script rather than translating it or forcing it into Devanagari. It is made by Rupees Venture Private Limited in Indore, and is free to start, with dictation on Android unmetered.

"Rupees" on second mention. Speech is its product, not the other way round.
Hinglish in Roman script
The distinguishing thing is the script, not the language count. "Writes Hinglish in Roman script" is the accurate short form.
